The game initially sold 1 million copies in a single day, nearly doubling its sales within the following week.

This achievement marks a significant triumph for developer Warhorse Studios. The game's performance on Steam is particularly noteworthy, boasting over 250,000 peak concurrent players—a substantial increase compared to the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance's peak of 96,069 players seven years prior. While the actual peak concurrent player count is likely higher due to console sales, precise figures remain unavailable from Sony and Microsoft.
