Acquiring the Mistral Lift

The Mistral Lift is a Linear Fusion Rifle exclusive to Destiny 2's Dawning event, available for a limited time. To obtain it, you'll need to trade with Eva Levante. The exchange requires one "Gift in Return" and 25 Dawning Spirits. Eva also sells Festive Engrams for a Gift and 10 Dawning Spirits, though this method doesn't guarantee the Mistral Lift.

Gifts in Return are earned by baking Dawning treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and gifting them to NPCs. Dawning Spirits are the event's currency, obtained by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva.
