During Shift Up's IPO press conference on June 25th, CFO Ahn Jae-woo indicated that a PC version of Stellar Blade is under serious consideration, primarily as a strategy to further monetize the game's intellectual property. This decision reflects the growing PC gaming market and the shift in AAA game consumption from consoles to PCs.

CEO Kim Hyung-Tae confirmed the review of a PC version but couldn't provide a release date due to contractual obligations. This aligns with the company's public filings, which mention both a PC release and a potential sequel.

Kim emphasized that Stellar Blade's development aimed to create a high-value IP, fostering a global fanbase. This strategy intentionally avoided potentially harmful microtransactions, a commitment the company plans to clearly demonstrate to its players.
