The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack Release Date and Features

The Sims 4 celebrates 25 years of immersive gameplay with its newest expansion pack: "The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies," launching March 6th, 2025. This expansion allows players to transform their Sims' passions into profitable ventures.

This exciting addition builds upon previous expansions, offering players the chance to open a variety of businesses, including pet cafes, karaoke bars, dance clubs, acting schools, bowling alleys, spas, and laundromats, leveraging content from past game packs and stuff packs.

New Skills & Opportunities:

Two brand-new skills are introduced: tattooing and pottery. Sims can hone their tattooing skills, designing and applying custom tattoos in their own studio, with advanced techniques unlocking as skill levels increase. Pottery allows Sims to craft and sell unique clay creations, using a pottery wheel and kiln.

Business Strategies:

A novel Business Perk system lets players choose a business strategy:

• Dreamer: Prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit.
• Schemer: Focuses on maximizing profits, even if it means cutting corners.
• Neutral: Aims for a balance between profit and customer happiness.

Each strategy offers unique gameplay and interactions.

New Location: Nordhaven

The expansion introduces Nordhaven, a vibrant coastal town brimming with artistic energy, providing the perfect backdrop for Sims' entrepreneurial endeavors.
