Orna's New Conqueror’s Guild Enhances PvP Battles
Northern Forge Studios has unveiled a significant gameplay update for Orna: the GPS MMORPG, introducing the Conqueror’s Guild, set to launch on October 31st. This update promises to revolutionize player interaction within the game and with the real world, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
What Exactly is Conqueror’s Guild in Orna: the GPS MMORPG?
The Conqueror’s Guild feature allows players to explore real-world locations in search of Settlements, which serve as arenas for PvP battles. Each Settlement offers various ranks of power, such as Grand Duke, Count, or Emperor. By conquering these locations, players can claim the title of Emperor at a Settlement, receive daily rewards, and even share these rewards with neighboring Dukes. The more Settlements a player controls, the greater their influence in the Orna universe.
Orna is set to place these Settlements near iconic real-world landmarks, aiming to enrich the experience by allowing players to rule over locations with local significance. Given that Orna utilizes GPS technology, these Settlements can appear anywhere in your vicinity. For a detailed look, check out the overview video below:
It’s Not Limited to High-Level Players
Whether you're a veteran player or a newcomer to Orna, the Conqueror’s Guild is accessible to everyone. The game features different Tier brackets for Settlements, ensuring players are matched against others of similar levels. Each Tier offers its own Crownship to claim, allowing players to compete for control within their own Tier while aspiring to ascend to higher ranks at the same Settlement. Additionally, players can leave their mark through unique Carving Stones at each Settlement.
If you're yet to dive into Orna, now's the perfect time. The game seamlessly blends classic RPG elements with GPS-based gameplay, where your character's progress is tied to your real-world movements, all presented in charming old-school pixel art. You can download Orna from the Google Play Store.
