Nexon Announces the EOS of Dynasty Warriors M Just a Year After Its Launch

Nexon bids farewell to Dynasty Warriors M, the mobile adaptation of the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. The game's servers will officially shut down on February 20th, 2025, bringing an end to epic battles and strategic conquests.

In-app purchases were halted on December 19th, 2024. While Nexon expressed gratitude to the player community, the reason for the game's closure remains unstated. The relatively short lifespan of the game, launched in November 2023, suggests underperformance may have played a role.

Dynasty Warriors M offered a unique blend of action and strategy, allowing players to command a roster of 50 officers across five factions, battling across a massive map encompassing 13 regions and 500 stages. The game faithfully recreated key historical events, including the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.
