To claim this free gift, simply follow these steps:
- Access the Winterfest Lodge: From the Fortnite main menu, locate and select the snowflake icon to enter the festive lodge.

- Locate and Open the Gift: Inside the lodge, you'll find a yellow gift box with a red ribbon on the central carpet. Open the box to receive the Santa Dogg outfit. (Shaking it won't work!)

- Troubleshooting: If the gift isn't appearing, try restarting Fortnite. This is especially helpful for Xbox Series X|S users utilizing the quick resume feature.
