Activision has announced that the introduction of Directed mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has significantly boosted player engagement with the main quest in Zombies mode. While many players traditionally focus on surviving the relentless waves of undead in Zombies, the new Directed mode has shifted the focus towards the engaging narrative that the mode offers.

Since its inception in World at War, the Zombies mode has always included a compelling storyline that has grown more intricate with each new release. With Black Ops 6, despite a general decline in the overall player base since its launch, the Zombies community remains strong and active.
