CTMBuddy simplifies account management with features like "TicketEasy" for tracking CTM shop ticket status. Additional functionalities include automated CTM Wi-Fi setup, phone and equipment maintenance status checks, and detailed information on international direct dialing (IDD), local numbers, and data roaming packages. The app also provides CTM store locators.

For users with activated CTMBuddy accounts, enhanced features are unlocked. These include usage tracking and QR code bill payment for postpaid customers, remaining usage and expiry date information for prepaid users, streamlined online application processes, CTM membership verification and rewards access, and convenient CTM Wi-Fi password reset options.
