Epic Games Store Mobile Launch: 20 New Games, Free Game Program

After months of anticipation, Epic Games has finally unveiled its mobile store, bringing the Epic Games Store to Android devices globally. To celebrate this milestone, Epic is showering players with exciting rewards, free games, and much more.

Which Games Are Available on the Mobile Epic Games Store?

Epic Games is shining the spotlight on three major titles: Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League Sideswipe. Excitingly, Fall Guys is now available to play on mobile and can be downloaded for free directly from the Epic Games Store.

By downloading the Epic Games Store app and any of these games on your mobile device, you'll unlock exclusive in-game challenges that reward you with fantastic cosmetics. Think a Fortnite outfit complete with matching back bling, pickaxe, and wrap, as well as a fresh Fall Guys bean costume.

But that's not all—additional rewards await, such as a Fall Guys-themed pickaxe for Fortnite and a gold vehicle trim for use in both Fortnite and Rocket League Sideswipe. Keep in mind, these quests are exclusive to mobile players.

It’s Not Just About Their Big Three Games

Beyond their flagship titles, nearly 20 third-party games from various developers have made their way to the Epic Games Store on mobile. Moreover, Epic has launched its Free Games program for mobile users. Until February 20th, you can snag Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee for free on Android and iOS through the Epic Games Store app.

Playdigious has also contributed to the store's growing library by making two of their other titles, Shapez and Evoland 2, available. And in the coming weeks, they plan to add Cultist Simulator to the mix as well.

Bloons TD 6 is slated to join the store soon. While the free games are currently offered on a monthly basis, Epic has exciting plans to transition to a weekly free game rollout later this year.

Despite the challenges posed by Apple and Google in downloading third-party app stores, Epic Games is pushing boundaries to make gaming more accessible to everyone. What are your thoughts on this move? Feel free to share your comments below.
