TouchArcade Weekly Update Roundup: Noteworthy Game Updates

Hello gamers! Welcome back to our weekly review of significant mobile game updates. This week's list includes several big titles, with a strong focus on free-to-play games and some Apple Arcade titles. Subway Surfers: Sydney's getting a veggie makeover! This update introduces a "green" theme with veggie tokens to collect, a bean burger to build, and Billy Bean to unlock. Expect a host of green-themed characters, boards, and bundles. Save the planet, one bean burger at a time!

Tiny Tower: Tap Idle Evolution: The Olympic event is over, making way for a summer-themed event! Serve VIPs, roll the dice for event points, and earn rewards at milestone levels. Each week brings new challenges, with final rewards based on overall weekly progress. (Pay-to-win elements are present, but free rewards are available.)

MARVEL Puzzle Quest: Hero RPG: Following the Deadpool and Wolverine event, this update focuses on clean-up and rebalancing. Old Man Logan receives a new costume and rebalancing. The latest PVP season has concluded, so look out for the next one.

ANOTHER EDEN: This week brings a King of Fighters crossover event! In addition to the collaboration, a new Parallel Time Layer Ally, the Thornbound Witch Shanie, is added. (Mai, Terry, Kyo, and Kula are also featured.)

Temple Run: Legends: This recently released title gets a new Outfit System, letting you unlock and equip outfits to change character appearances and gain in-game advantages.

TMNT Splintered Fate: This update brings improvements from other platforms to the mobile version, including couch co-op, cross-platform online multiplayer, and enhanced controller support. Graphics and audio also receive upgrades.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Princess and the Frog takes center stage! Tiana arrives to establish a restaurant and stall, with Remy also making an appearance. A New Orleans-style parade is also included.

Outlanders: Volume VI of Outlanders Chronicles introduces six new playable leaders and explores the rise and fall of a community affected by a missing comet.

SimCity BuildIt: Another Sydney-themed update, focusing on eco-friendly additions. Build the Beam Wireless, Green Exchange, and Flower Bud, alongside limited-time structures like the Sydney Zoo and Paper Bag. Participate in the Mayor’s Pass Season.

Merge Mansion: This week's free-to-play matching puzzle game update adds a new Speakeasy area, Landing Room and Lounge improvements, a new Mystery Pass with a pet, balance adjustments, and several upcoming events. Bug fixes are also included.
