Military Strategy Game Warpath Launches a Navy Update with 100 New Ships
Lilith Games' military strategy MMO, Warpath, receives a massive naval update, introducing a comprehensive Naval Force system with nearly 100 meticulously detailed and realistic ships.
Warpath's Naval Update Deployed
Players can now command a diverse fleet, including powerful vessels like the Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier for long-range air strikes, the stealthy Project 971 Submarine for surprise ambushes, and the guided-missile-equipped Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer for precise, devastating attacks. Each ship accurately reflects its real-world counterpart's combat capabilities.
The Naval Force is categorized into six distinct combat roles:
- Submarines: Masters of stealth, utilizing their "Silent Running" ability.
- Anti-Submarine Frigates: Swift hunters, specializing in eliminating submarines.
- Aircraft Carriers: Long-range powerhouses, launching devastating air strikes.
- Anti-Aircraft Destroyers: Guardians of the skies, also effective against surface threats.
- Armored Destroyers: Heavily armored, slow-moving but highly durable warships.
- Guided Missile Destroyers: Long-range specialists, ideal for targeting enemy bases from afar.

Lilith Games has implemented a balanced system to encourage strategic gameplay. Submarines can effectively ambush carriers, but risk detection by the fast Anti-Submarine Frigates. Armored Destroyers provide crucial damage absorption while Guided Missile Destroyers deliver long-range firepower.
Additional Enhancements
The update includes refinements to Naval Force battle pacing, adjusting attack and defense values for enhanced tactical depth. Ships can now fire while moving. Furthermore, exclusive in-game events will run throughout January.
