Outlaws Grand launches softly in US
- Grand Outlaws enters soft launch in the US following initial delays
- Exclusive Android availability during this test phase
- Global release and iOS version coming later
After unexpected delays earlier this year, Grand Outlaws has officially begun its rollout. Hardbit Studio announced the open-world mobile shooter's soft launch exclusively on Android in the US starting May 15th, while other regions await access.
Developers utilized the extended development period to enhance various aspects of the game, including expanding locations, optimizing performance, and adding fresh content. These improvements aim to deliver a more polished experience before the official global launch later this year.
The current version features three primary gameplay modes: Battle Royale, Racing, and Deathmatch. Designed for quick, action-packed sessions, the game offers intuitive mobile controls with instant access to weapons, vehicles, and customization options. Players can seamlessly switch between modes or freely explore the open-world environment.
While this initial phase only supports Android, Hardbit has outlined an ambitious multi-platform expansion. The full Android release and Epic Store version are slated for July-August, followed by iOS and PC (via Steam and Epic) in October. Console versions for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch are projected for 2026, with cross-platform play currently in development.
Future updates will introduce additional content including Heists and Destruction Derby modes, live events, a narrative-driven story campaign, and expanded customization for characters and hideouts. The studio also plans brand collaborations and seasonal content updates.

US-based Android users can now access Grand Outlaws' soft launch beginning May 15th, marking the first step in the game's phased global release strategy.
