"Clash of Clans to Remove Troop Training Times in Major Update"
Clash of Clans, a cornerstone of mobile gaming, is about to undergo a transformative update that will significantly enhance gameplay. Supercell is set to completely remove troop training times, allowing players to deploy their army almost instantly. This change promises to accelerate the pace of battles, making the game more dynamic and engaging for its loyal fanbase.
This major overhaul follows Supercell's earlier decision to eliminate training costs in 2022, marking another step in modernizing Clash of Clans. As part of this update, Training Potions and Training Treats will no longer be available through in-app purchases or chest rewards. Players can still acquire them via the Trader and Gold Pass until the end of the month, but it's crucial to use them before they are converted to Gems.
To complement this change, Supercell is introducing a new feature called "Match Anytime." This mechanic allows you to attack a snapshot of another player's base when no real opponents are available. You'll earn rewards from these matches, and importantly, players whose bases are used won't lose anything if their snapshot is defeated. This feature, already utilized in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now become a standard part of the game.
Alongside these updates, other changes are on the horizon, such as Army Donations now requiring Elixirs or Dark Elixirs. For a comprehensive look at all the upcoming changes, be sure to visit the Supercell blog.
