Key fixes resolve several gameplay issues, including a soft-lock triggered when stunning the Grown Bourgeon and various world map progression blockers. The update also refines translations for French, German, and Chinese language options.

According to the announcement, the development team is actively working on additional fixes and enhancements, with more details to follow. While these patches are crucial for a smoother experience, the community is eager for larger expansions, such as potential downloadable content.

This gesture came in response to an earlier tweet from The Hundred Line’s co-director Kazutaka Kodaka, who praised Expedition 33 just two days prior. Kodaka championed both titles, urging RPG enthusiasts to experience each one.

Despite launching in a crowded week—alongside heavy hitters like Expedition 33 and the Oblivion Remaster—The Hundred Line has earned a "Very Positive" rating on Steam. Meanwhile, Expedition 33 continues to shine as 2025's top-rated game, surpassing one million copies sold within its first three days.
