Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. A malfunctioning elevator leads to a gas mask breakage, triggering hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator transforms mannequins into zombies. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Securing the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room (more zombies await). A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach.

Before engaging the abomination, collect armor plates, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook. Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ground and exit the A.C.R. room. Next, obtain the Green card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the phone; you need to locate four documents and place them in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you. Keep them at bay by sprinting. The documents are located: on a corner desk, near a round table, on a small central table, and in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands around a glass chamber containing the Blue card. A mimic will appear; lure it out by shooting moving objects to defeat it and acquire the Blue card.

Confronting the Mimic

The Mimic's ability to disappear makes this encounter challenging. Shoot seemingly moving objects to force it to reappear. Eliminate it to claim the Blue card and return for the Red card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following red carpets to stairs and a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through a red tunnel. Climb ladders, clear zombies, and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code.

Turn all drain switches within 25 seconds (one in the initial room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessible via grappling hook). After draining the water, follow the Mangler's path to a final confrontation, yielding the Red card.

Defeating the Disciple and Mission Completion

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. A phone call leads to a final encounter with numerous zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. Defeating them concludes the mission (after a hallucination sequence).
