Bennett Takes The Spotlight Again In Upcoming Genshin Impact 5.0 Livestream

The hype surrounding Natlan in Genshin Impact is reaching fever pitch. Hoyoverse has announced a special program revealing details about the new region, airing this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4) on Twitch and YouTube.

The program's poster, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," promises exciting Natlan reveals, including character banners and free rewards.

The Bennett Question: A Generous Gift or a Disappointment?

The announcement of free Bennett has sparked considerable discussion. While many anticipated a free Natlan character like Kachina, Hoyoverse has opted for the popular adventurer, Bennett, as the free 4-star character. He'll be obtainable via a world quest. This deviates from the usual practice of providing a free character from the new region to aid exploration. Kachina, it seems, won't be a free acquisition.

A Bounty of Free Wishes

The free Primogems are generating significant excitement. The initial estimate of 113 wishes has fluctuated, settling at 115 wishes. Completing all version 5.0 content will yield this amount. However, players with less time to dedicate to the game can still expect around 90 free wishes.

With version 5.0 launching August 28th and Genshin Impact's 4th anniversary approaching, players can anticipate further rewards. A 7-day login event will offer ten fates, 1600 Primogems, a pet, and a gadget. Combining this with daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and events, players could accumulate approximately 18,435 Primogems or 115 wishes.
