Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Embrace the Outlaw Life

Albion Online kicks off 2025 with its major Rogue Frontier update, introducing a thrilling new faction, innovative trading mechanics, and exciting weaponry. This expansion centers around living on the edge, allowing players to join a clandestine network of rebels operating outside the established order.

Smugglers Take Over Albion

The Smugglers, a group tired of the Royal Continent's restrictions, have established a presence in the untamed Outlands. They've created hidden bases known as Smuggler's Dens, offering players secure locations to store loot, manage resources, and engage in illicit activities. These dens provide essential services including banking, repair facilities, and travel planning tools.

The Smuggler's Network, a new trading system, revolutionizes Outlands commerce. Players can now transport goods bypassing the Royal Continent's taxes and regulations, though they'll pay a fee to the Smugglers. A full-fledged Smuggler faction is also introduced, offering missions to earn Smuggler's Coins and advance through their ranks. Missions range from recovering stolen crates to rescuing captured Smugglers from Royal Guards.

Beyond the Smugglers: Enhanced Gameplay

The Rogue Frontier update also includes several highly anticipated features. A new Bank Overview allows players to easily track their possessions across the game world. PvP enthusiasts can now display their prowess with the addition of Kill Trophies. Furthermore, a new Creatures category in the Albion Journal encourages players to catalog the diverse wildlife.
