Eclipse Glow Games Unveils "Tides of Annihilation," a Narrative-Driven Action Adventure

Revealed at Sony's 2025 State of Play event, Tides of Annihilation is a single-player action-adventure game promising a captivating blend of intense combat, immersive storytelling, and a unique setting. The debut trailer (see below) showcases the game's thrilling premise.

The game plunges players into a modern-day London besieged by otherworldly forces. Players assume the role of Gwendolyn, exploring iconic London landmarks, summoning spectral Knights of the Round Table for epic battles, and confronting colossal skyscraper-sized bosses inspired by Arthurian mythology.

Developed by the Chengdu, China-based studio Eclipse Glow Games (backed by Tencent), Tides of Annihilation boasts a team of over 100 developers with extensive experience on titles such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin's Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia.

Official Synopsis:

Tides of Annihilation is a single-player, narrative-driven adventure set in a distorted, otherworldly-invaded modern London. As Gwendolyn, humanity's last hope, players embark on a legendary quest across London's iconic locations to solve a mystery that will decide the fate of reality. Players will battle alongside spectral knights, facing hordes of enemies, memorable bosses, and vertically challenging levels featuring gigantic roaming knights.
