Get ready for some high-octane retro racing! Victory Heat Rally (VHR), initially announced in October 2021, is finally hitting PC and mobile devices on October 3rd. Developed by Skydevilpalm and published by Playtonic Friends (Steam) and Crunchyroll (mobile), VHR delivers a vibrant, neon-drenched 2.5D arcade racing experience.
