Prayer topics include: Fertility, General Happiness, Health, Love, and Wealth. Each prayer requires watching an advertisement for its fulfillment. Results vary; Fertility leads to pregnancy, while General is unpredictable, potentially yielding money or friendships. Health proves particularly useful for curing diseases, vital for challenges like Disco Inferno.

A less conventional approach involves "cursing" the developers instead of praying. This carries a risk of negative consequences (losing a friend or illness), but occasionally yields unexpected rewards, such as money.
