Mario Kart World: $80 Alone, $50 with Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle
At today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo unveiled the long-awaited Nintendo Switch 2, set to launch on June 5, 2025. The system itself is priced at $449.99, while a bundle including Mario Kart World will be available for $499.99. For those interested in purchasing Mario Kart World separately, it carries a hefty price tag of $79.99.
Nintendo has historically been cautious with pricing, with the original Switch featuring only one $70 game, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Interestingly, the newly announced Donkey Kong Bananza will also be priced at $70.
