Jagex Launches RuneScape Stories as Books: 'The Fall of Hallowvale' and 'Untold Tales of the God Wars'
If you're a fan of RuneScape and eager to explore more of Gielinor's rich lore, then you're in for a treat with two new RuneScape stories hitting the shelves. These aren't entirely new tales but promise to enrich the existing lore with new adventures.
What Are the New RuneScape Stories?
First up is the novel, RuneScape: The Fall of Hallowvale. This gripping 400-page story delves into the dark and desperate days of Hallowvale as it faces the sinister Lord Drakan and his army of darkness. Queen Efaritay, along with her brave yet overwhelmed knights, stands as the last line of defense against the looming threat. This tale explores the brutal realities of a city fighting for survival, posing intense questions: Will Hallowvale's defenders withstand the onslaught? How far will the queen go to protect her people? Expect intense choices and unexpected twists that will keep you turning the pages.
If you prefer comics, then RuneScape's latest mini-series, Untold Tales of the God Wars, is launching its first issue on November 6th. This series brings the legendary God Wars dungeon questline to life with stunning artwork and captivating storytelling. Follow Maro, a character caught in a war far bigger than himself, as he navigates the chaos of four armies clashing over the ultimate weapon, the Godsword. Maro's desperate bid for freedom from his master's control unfolds amidst this epic conflict. Is escape possible with so many powers vying for the Godsword?
Each comic issue comes with a game code for 200 Runecoins. Mark your calendars for the subsequent releases: Issue #2 on December 4th, Issue #3 on February 19th, and the series finale, Issue #4, on March 26th next year.
