Highlights of Escape from Tarkov 0.16.0.0 Update

Battlestate Games introduces the "Khorovod" event, featuring unique tasks and rewards, and a special game mode. Players must light and defend a Christmas tree in six different locations.

A significant addition is the "Prestige" system, similar to Call of Duty. Upon reaching level 55, completing specific quests, and accumulating sufficient resources, players can reset their character, retaining some equipment and earning non-wipe rewards such as achievements, cosmetics, and additional tasks. While currently limited to two prestige levels, eight more are planned.
