Disney Dreamlight Valley: Complete Aladdin Quest Guide and Rewards

The enchanting world of **Disney Dreamlight Valley** has been enriched with the addition of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine in the free Tales of Agrabah update. This update allows players to bring both beloved characters into Dreamlight Valley, offering a series of engaging quests and rewards as you progress along Aladdin's Friendship Path.

Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Upon Aladdin's arrival in Dreamlight Valley, he invites you to join him and the Magic Carpet for a memorable photo op. To complete the "Carpet Diem" quest, which begins in the Agrabah realm, simply equip the Magic Carpet as a Companion from the wardrobe menu and snap a selfie with it.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

As you elevate Aladdin to Level 2 Friendship by gifting him his favorite items, you'll unlock the "Good As Gold" quest. Aladdin shares that his friend Scrooge McDuck needs assistance testing a new security system. Your first step is to speak with Scrooge and then capture photos within his shop.

Your mission is to photograph:

• A door that guards more treasure than the Cave of Wonders.
• Two ways to reach the second floor of the shop.
• Three ways to make quick escapes from the guards.

Focus on capturing the vault door behind the desk and both staircases. Aim for broad shots to cover all three requirements efficiently. After taking the photos, discuss the next phase of the plan with Aladdin, who suggests dressing in dark, sporty attire. Optionally, wait until nightfall (between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.) to change your outfit and proceed.

Once suitably attired, enter the shop and talk to Aladdin. Activate the security system test by pressing the big red button on the left wall. This action transforms the shop into a "closed" state, replacing item displays with pools of light and buttons that control them. Navigate downstairs carefully by manipulating these buttons to avoid detection.

Start with the center button, then move to the back right wall to deactivate two upstairs lights. Press the button above the right staircase to shift the spotlight away from the left staircase's button. Then, deactivate the light not covering the center button you initially pressed, and press the center button again to turn off the light at the bottom of the right staircase.

Downstairs, adjust the spotlight at the front door by pressing the button on the right side of the counter. Turn off the light over the security test button using the button on the left display counter. After activating the button to the left of the counter, speak with Aladdin near the vault.

Coins will start floating around the shop. Collect all four by gliding and interacting with them, then hand them over to Aladdin. He'll inform you that some coins have escaped into Dreamlight Valley, requiring you to collect them outside.

Exit the shop and find yourself in front of your house. Glide around to gather the remaining nine coins, which can appear anywhere. Deliver them to Aladdin inside his and Jasmine's house, where they'll be added to Scrooge's growing gold pile.

Your final task is to take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, then listen to him and Scrooge discuss the mission's outcome. Converse with Aladdin one last time to complete the "Good As Gold" Level 2 Friendship quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

At Level 4 Friendship, Aladdin proposes crafting a Dreamlight Magic Carpet reminiscent of his trusted companion from Agrabah. Begin by consulting Merlin, who directs you to the Dreamlight Library to find three essential books: Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique. Locate these books on the floor next to the book pile in the back left corner, on the shelf against the back right wall, and to the left of the desk in the center of the room.

After collecting the books, return them to Aladdin for research. He'll then ask for Minnie's assistance in crafting the carpet. Gather the following materials:

• 4 Dream Shards
• 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach)
• 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor)
• 25 Fiber (Kristoff’s Stall, Crafting)

Bring these supplies to Aladdin and Jasmine's house. After Aladdin crafts the Dreamlight Magic Carpet, accept the Magic Scroll from him and interact with the carpet on the floor to make it fly. Speak with Aladdin again to receive the carpet, then follow him to the Disney castle's entrance.

Aladdin has arranged a tour of the Valley on your new magic carpet, complete with snacks to maintain your energy. The Dreamlight Magic Carpet functions as a Glider skin, requiring you to overfill your energy bar (turning it yellow) with prepared meals to use it.

Equip the Dreamlight Magic Carpet from the wardrobe menu and start the tour by gliding under the banner in the Plaza’s main square. Navigate left towards the Forest of Valor, glide across it, then turn right to descend the ramp to Dazzle Beach. Turn right again to ascend the ramp into the Peaceful Meadow, then left to descend the stairs back to Dazzle Beach. Cross the bridge to the left, then glide to the pier's end. Keep the quest tracked to ensure you stay on course.

Note that despite its appearance, the Dreamlight Magic Carpet operates like other Gliders in *Disney Dreamlight Valley*, meaning ground obstacles will still impede your progress.

After reaching the pier's end, talk to Aladdin to complete the "Bring Your Own Carpet" Level 4 Friendship quest.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

Reaching Friendship Level 7 with Aladdin unlocks the "All That Glitters" quest. Aladdin aims to create an extraordinary bouquet for Jasmine, surpassing the beauty of Agrabah's palace gardens. Gather 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers of any type and bring them to Aladdin. Witness his attempt to impress Jasmine with the bouquet, only to learn it matches the palace gardens' beauty.

Aladdin then seeks to surprise Jasmine with a treasure described in a scroll from Scrooge McDuck. Start your treasure hunt at the mermaid's isle by taking the raft to Skull Island. On the upper right side of the peninsula, find and pick up the Golden Sun Piece, then insert it into the tall rock to the left of your entry point.

An image of a broken-down pillar appears. Head north from the rock to dig up a box buried in the sand. Fish up a pillar piece near the raft and open a barrel near the Golden Sun Piece's location. Interact with the Pillar to add the pieces, but nothing happens. Consult with Aladdin, then take a photo of the Pillar and return to the Valley.

Seek advice from Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel about the Pillar, but to no avail. Return to Ariel’s island to find Jasmine, who offers to help due to her studies. She explains that the Pillar's pieces rotate and must be arranged according to clues on the island.

Interact with the Golden Sun Piece to reveal the clue: "From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers." Facing the Pillar with your back to the Golden Sun Piece, adjust the middle piece to show water, the bottom piece to show a seed, and the top piece to show a flower.

Collect the treasure that appears in the water to the left of the Pillar and present it to Aladdin. Jasmine reveals that the true treasure is a lifetime of adventure with Aladdin. Accept the golden tea set furniture item from him to complete the "All That Glitters" Level 7 Friendship quest.
