Crashlands 2 Update 1.1 Reintroduces Compendium

Crashlands 2 has just unveiled its significant Update 1.1, brought to you by Butterscotch Shenanigans, and it's packed with the features that fans of the original Crashlands have been eagerly awaiting. Let's dive into what's new and exciting in this update!

What's in Store in Crashlands 2 Update 1.1?

Introducing Legend Mode, a new high-difficulty setting that surpasses the existing Challenge Mode. The enemies on Woanope are now faster, deal more damage, and boast increased HP, while Flux Dabes is more vulnerable than ever. Completing Legend Mode won't unlock new achievements, but you'll automatically receive all the achievements from lower difficulty levels as a reward.

On the flip side, Explorer Mode caters to players who prefer a more relaxed experience, allowing them to focus on farming mushrooms, building charming homes, and fishing without the fear of combat. This mode significantly reduces the combat intensity, letting you immerse yourself in the game's story, decorate your base, and enjoy the quirky characters of Crashlands 2.

One of the most anticipated features making a comeback is The Compendium. Responding to community feedback, the developers have reintroduced this beloved tracking system. The Compendium now keeps tabs on everything Flux discovers, including the number of pets, recipes, and items you still need to collect to achieve your goals.

Pets also got a bit of an upgrade

With Crashlands 2 Update 1.1, pets are no longer just companions; they actively participate in battles. Each pet now comes with a unique ability that can be activated every 20 seconds, adding a strategic layer to your adventures.

Gear crafting has been enriched with the introduction of random bonus stats on armor, increasing the variety and excitement of customization. Additionally, the update brings a host of new gadgets, weapons, and trinkets to enhance your gameplay experience.

Quality of life improvements are also a highlight of Update 1.1. You can now construct buildings on a wider range of terrain, customize the location of your home teleporter, and adjust the night-time darkness level to suit your preferences.

Crashlands 2 is available on the Google Play Store. It was launched on April 10th, and this update demonstrates the developers' commitment to listening to player feedback and enhancing the game accordingly.
