Upon entering, you'll notice a clear sign that you've chosen correctly—the kasa (straw hat) from the prologue worn by the Onryo is displayed on her wall.

After some dialogue, the scene culminates in Naoe easily killing Wakasa by grabbing her Teppo from the wall and shooting her at point-blank range, quickly ending the mission.
