This is the easiest step. Start a new life, selecting "Male" during character creation, or use an existing male character. Location is irrelevant. If you have job packs and the Crime Special Talent, select it; this boosts your chances of success in the final task and reduces the risk of imprisonment.

2. Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years:

Avoid legal trouble while growing up. After graduating high school, navigate to full-time jobs and search for "Mail Carrier." A clean record ensures easier hiring. If it's unavailable, take any job, age up, and try again until you secure the position. This may require several attempts. Once hired, maintain the job for a minimum of 15 years (monitor progress via the challenge tracker).

3. Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings:

These tasks are best tackled concurrently. Go to Activities > Love > Hook Up and select any available option. While the game doesn't explicitly state if your hookup is a mother, repeatedly hooking up over several years increases your chances of meeting this requirement.
