How to Complete The Lost Shipment in Brighter Shores

In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires your assistance in recovering a lost shipment of crucial weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Starting the Quest:

Locate the Brannof Hall Dining Room, accessible from Brannof Boulevard near the Town Square. Speak with Cohen; he'll inform you about the missing weapons. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads.

Completing the Quest:

Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard attire. You'll need to investigate two separate leads:

1. Captain Shirker on The Vincible:

Find Captain Shirker's ship, The Vincible, in the southeast part of town. After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll reveal he gave the weapons to a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in Town Square. He'll direct you to a weapons dealer, "The Illusion," and suggests impersonating someone named Sam (who has a monobrow).

Obtain a monobrow from the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

2. The Hooked Hand:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant near Eel Street. You'll eventually be led to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The Fishmonger at the stall (past Eel Street Bridge) requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.

Hide and observe; a Furtive Stranger will purchase the fish.

Follow the Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Monobrow Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), retrieve the plumbatae, and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
