CoD: Warzone Flaw Lets Gamers Deck Weapons

A newly discovered Warzone glitch allows players to apply Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) camos to Black Ops 6 (BO6) weapons. This workaround, detailed by Twitter user BSPGamin and highlighted by Dexerto, is a workaround for what many players feel should be a standard feature. The glitch requires a friend and involves specific steps within a private Warzone match.

The process exploits a loophole in the game's systems. It begins with a private match, a BO6 weapon equipped in the first loadout slot, and a friend joining the lobby. The player then equips an MW3 weapon, spams the camo selection button, while the host switches to a private match. The friend then leaves, the player repeats the camo spamming while the friend rejoins the private match. If successful, the MW3 camo will be applied to the BO6 weapon.

This unofficial method is subject to removal in future updates. While MW3 weapons remain accessible in Warzone, many meta weapons originate from BO6, rendering earned MW3 camos largely unused. This glitch offers a solution for players who have already invested time and effort in unlocking MW3 mastery camos.

For those focusing on BO6 camos, Treyarch has confirmed the addition of an in-game challenge tracking feature, similar to that in MW3, in a forthcoming update. This feature will streamline the process of unlocking BO6 mastery camos.
