May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Confirmed

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of new titles joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, catering to both Extra and Premium subscribers. These additions, announced via a PlayStation.Blog post, promise to deliver a diverse range of gaming experiences starting May 20, 2025.

For PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers, the catalog is expanding with nine compelling titles. Leading the charge is Sand Land, an action RPG based on the renowned manga by Akira Toriyama, available on both PS4 and PS5. Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, which will also be accessible on PS4 and PS5. The latter's enhanced version, announced for PS5 along with other platforms, is set to release on the same date. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on console will receive the Enhanced Edition at no additional cost, though it remains uncertain whether this offer extends to PlayStation Plus members.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers will enjoy an exclusive classic title, Battle Engine Aquila, playable on both PS4 and PS5. This sci-fi action game immerses players in the role of a pilot commanding a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in the air and on the ground.
