The IA'ȘI BILET application serves as a travel portal provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. It enables you to handle all essential tasks for easier public transport use.

Through the app, you can buy travel tickets using your bank card, calculate the best route for your journey, and view real-time positions of lines, stops, and vehicles on the map.

Once you create an account and link it to a transport card, you can top up your card with travel passes directly in the app via online card payment. You can also check your card status and active travel tickets at any given time.

Each account can manage multiple transport cards and perform top-ups—whether adding e-wallet credit, purchasing new subscriptions, or renewing existing ones.

After completing purchases, validations, or ride checks, you'll be able to review a detailed transaction history.

Eligible users under current legislation may request approval for a subsidized profile directly through the app by submitting supporting documents. Once approved (via the app or in person), they can order discounted or free tickets from the application.

Corporate partners of the transport authority can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

When buying a ticket, as its expiration approaches, or when performing other card actions, users can choose to receive notifications on their device or by email.

The app helps travelers find the fastest route from point A to point B using live vehicle locations.

You can start a trip from your current location or another point on the map and choose a destination by searching for an address, point of interest, station, or even dropping a pin. You may also use previously searched or saved favorite locations.

The app shows walking time to the nearest stop, vehicle arrival times, and total journey duration.

You can save frequently visited locations to a dedicated menu section or during searches on the home screen, making future trip planning quicker and easier.

The app displays your needed vehicle in real time and notifies you when it's time to switch lines.

You can view a line’s full route or just one direction on the map and mark favorite lines. If an issue arises that may affect your trip, you'll receive an alert.

On the lines page, search for a specific line and see real-time vehicle locations for each direction.

Select any stop from the home screen or a line’s route to view all lines serving that stop, along with upcoming arrival times for the next three vehicles and the full schedule.

Locate the transport company’s sales points on the map. Tapping a location reveals its operating hours.

The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device’s language settings.
