Application Description
This app simplifies catch record submission for all English and Welsh vessels under 10 meters (U10m) fishing in UK waters. All U10m vessels must record their catch; this data is crucial for sustainable fisheries management.
This service is for:
- Registered vessel owners
- Skippers
Registered owners will receive an invitation email (timing depends on vessel size). Registration and service use must begin within one month of receiving the email. Skippers should contact the vessel owner for an invitation.
Note: Members of producer organizations leasing quota should continue using paper logbooks, not this online service.
This service replaces:
- NEP1 forms
- MSAR1 forms (though local IFCAs may require extra information depending on location)
- Logbook requirements for leased fish quota and/or fishing in ICES areas IVb/VIId and VIId/VIIe.
