Zenless Zone Zero Is Dropping Version 1.6 ‘Among the Forgotten Ruins’ Soon
HoYoverse has unveiled details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, "Among the Forgotten Ruins," launching March 12th and bringing chaos to New Eridu. This update significantly expands the story and introduces compelling new characters.
What's New in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?
Version 1.6 throws Proxies into a thrilling, high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, who tasks them with securing a mysterious artifact linked to the Sacrifice. However, the Mockingbird, a phantom thief syndicate, aims to disrupt the Mayor's plans. Other factions also vie for the artifact, adding layers of intrigue. Furthermore, Hugo and Vivian's suspicious behavior leaves players questioning their allegiances. Watch the trailer below for a sneak peek!
Version 1.6 introduces Anby Demara, formerly Soldier 0 and leader of Silver Squad, as a new S-Rank Electric Attack Agent wielding dual swords. Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad, also joins the roster as an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent, utilizing Sniper Mode to dodge attacks, take precise shots, and set up Quick Assists for teammates.
Returning Favorites
Several popular characters make a comeback, including Pulchra Fellini (A-Rank Physical Stun Agent), Burnice (S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent), and Zhuyuan (S-Rank Ether Attack Agent), all returning in rerun banners. Geppetto also emerges as the latest boss in Hollow Zero.
New Challenges and Gameplay
Players can test their mettle in Battlefront Purge's new Difficulty VI. The new Hollow Zero gameplay mode, Shadow Operation, introduces unique effects to each battle stage, such as damage boosts based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule offers third-person sniper missions, while "March On, Tiny Titan!" lets players control a Bangboo drone for unique challenges. "Little Knight's Big Charge" guides a Bangboo through ten trials, offering rewards like Pulchra as a playable agent.
