Here's one perspective, focusing on personal enjoyment and historical impact:

Doom easily earns an S-tier ranking. The recent entries are among the best first-person shooters available, and Doom: The Dark Ages promises more of the same from id Software. Forza Horizon also secures an S-tier spot; arguably, they are the best racing games ever made (excluding Burnout 3 and Burnout Revenge). Halo's placement in A-tier might be controversial. While Halo 2 and 3 boast exceptional campaigns, recent inconsistencies prevent it from reaching the top tier. Finally, a personal preference for Fallout over Elder Scrolls is reflected in the rankings.
