"Wild Rift Patch 6.1 Goes Cosmic in Mid-April"

LoL: Wild Rift Patch 6.1: Ascending Stars is set to launch on April 16th, promising a cosmic transformation across the game. This update introduces the captivating Dual Nova galaxy, featuring the Challenger’s Star and Adventure’s Star, which will revolutionize both the menus and the battlefield.

Three new champions are set to join the fray, each bringing unique and game-changing abilities to the table. Ryze, the Rune Mage, will unleash massive Area of Effect (AoE) damage and use his Realm Warp to teleport teammates across the map. Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare, thrives on chaos, utilizing Paranoia to plunge enemies into darkness. Lastly, Zilean, the Chronokeeper, manipulates time, slowing enemies and reviving allies with Chronoshift.

Several champions are also receiving significant reworks. Garen's Courage will now scale over time, enhancing his tankiness, while his Judgment ability will effectively shred enemy armor. Ambessa is transitioning from the jungle to the Baron lane, with modifications to her damage and life steal. Additionally, smaller adjustments are planned for Diana, Fiora, Jax, Sona, and Kalista.

Beyond champion updates, the patch introduces a fresh Bandle-inspired Rift for non-Ranked modes, featuring Enchanted Gifts that appear through portals during the laning phase. Mages will benefit from long-awaited item updates, including the new Bandle Fantasy item for extra burst damage, Hextech GLP800 for slowing enemies with frost bombs, and Malignance to enhance ultimate abilities.

Ranked mode is also evolving with the launch of the Challenger’s Star, marking the beginning of a new season. This update includes enhancements to the Ranked store and an easier way to earn seasonal rewards. Midway through the patch, the Adventure’s Star will unlock, introducing AAAARAM, a thrilling twist on ARAM with added augments and stunning galactic visuals.

The Wild Pass for this patch will feature two breathtaking skins: Wondertown Twisted Fate and Battlecast Nasus, with Twisted Fate's skin introducing an entirely new skinline.
