Currently, the game features planes from the USA, Germany, and the USSR. You can pilot iconic aircraft such as the P-51 Mustang, Messerschmitt Bf 109, and the La-5. Excitingly, more nations will be added in the future.

You have the flexibility to focus on one country's tech tree or explore multiple. By participating in in-game events, you can earn blueprints to unlock top-tier and high-ranking aircraft. The first event is slated for early October.

Diving into the open beta grants you access to the new Aviation campaign. Here, you can explore the aircraft hangar, research tech trees, and enhance your crews.

Form squadrons with up to four planes, customize your aircraft, and select various armaments. Get a glimpse of what's in store below!

A Bit More About the Rules

The aircraft hangar will be your hub between battles. From here, you can manage your vehicles, choose camouflage, explore the tech tree, and even invite friends to join your squad.

For each aircraft slot, you have three main options: swap out the vehicle, modify the armament, or upgrade the crew assigned to that slot. You can build a squadron with any available aircraft, regardless of class, nation, or rank.

With these new features, there's a lot to explore. Download War Thunder Mobile from the Google Play Store and dive into the aircraft open beta test now.
