To embark on this quest, you'll need to collect five distinct Runekeys scattered throughout Siren Isle during the Storm event. Each key is obtained through different challenges and tasks:

• The Whirling Runekey: This key is dropped by the rare spawn enemy, Ksvir the Forgotten, found in the southernmost room of the Forgotten Vault. Visiting the Vault during a Storm increases the chance of Ksvir spawning, and upon defeating him, he almost always drops the Whirling Runekey.

The Torrential Runekey: Assemble this key by gathering seven Torrential Fragments, which can be obtained from any enemy around Siren Isle during a Storm phase.
The Thunderous Runekey: Construct this key from five Thunderous Fragments, which you can find in any chest around Siren Isle, regardless of whether the area is in a Storm.
The Cyclonic Runekey: This key can be acquired through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm phase or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.
The Turbulent Runekey: To obtain this key, you need to collect three Turbulent Fragments from specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone, where a ghost is cowering.
Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave, where a ghost offers the fragment as a tribute.

After securing all five Runekeys, your next step is to return to the Forgotten Vault area of Siren Isle, but crucially, only during the Seafury Tempest phase of the Storm. Attempting to enter during any other phase will not allow you to proceed with the ritual. Once inside the Forgotten Vault, navigate to the eastern room where you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform encircled by five runestones.
