Stardew Valley Mobile Update 1.6 Arrives November!
Stardew Valley's highly anticipated 1.6 update finally arrives on mobile devices on November 4th, 2024! Console and mobile gamers can now enjoy the expansive content initially released on PC in March 2024.
What's New in Stardew Valley 1.6 Mobile?
This massive update nearly doubles the online multiplayer capacity, now supporting up to eight players simultaneously. Team up with friends for enhanced farming, fishing, and collaborative building. Two exciting new fishing festivals—the Trout Derby and SquidFest—join the seasonal event lineup, including the Desert Festival.
Explore the all-new Meadowlands farm layout, ideal for livestock raising and convenient fishing. Over 100 new NPC dialogue options enrich interactions with the town's beloved characters.
Discover a treasure trove of new items: a colossal Big Chest (nearly twice the size of a standard chest), a dehydrator for preserving produce, a heavy-duty furnace, and a handy bait maker for targeted fishing.
Personalize your farm with numerous new furniture styles and over 25 stylish hats. Earn prize tickets by completing quests and participating in festivals, then redeem them at the prize machine in Lewis's house.
After achieving maximum hearts with your initial pet, you can now acquire multiple pets, each potentially bringing gifts, and even adorn them with hats! Notice the charming winter outfits donned by the NPCs.
A golden Joja parrot acts as your guide, helping you locate those elusive golden walnuts on Ginger Island. Expand your farming endeavors with the addition of carrots, summer squash, broccoli, powdermelon, and two new giant crops.
Reason for the Delay?
The delay in releasing the 1.6 update for mobile and consoles allowed the developers to thoroughly test the update on PC, ensuring a smoother launch and minimizing bugs. Now, prepare to dive into the enhanced fishing events, bond with your new pets, and cultivate the latest crops!
