RedMagic launches 9S Pro gaming smartphone in China, international version on the way soon

Redmagic's new 9S Pro phone, launched in China, is poised for an international release on July 16th. This powerful device boasts impressive specs, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, UFS 4.0, and LPDDR5X RAM. It comes in four configurations, with a top-tier option offering 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

The 9S Pro's impressive power raises a question: will the available mobile game library fully utilize its capabilities? While Apple devices have secured recent next-gen titles like Resident Evil 7 and Assassin's Creed Mirage, the 9S Pro will likely focus on existing mobile games such as MiHoYo's titles and high-fidelity games like Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. At a potential price point near £500, this might not be enough to justify the purchase for all gamers.
