"Rauora Joins Rainbow Six Siege as New Operator"

The last day of the Six Invitational is always a thrilling event for fans of Rainbow Six Siege, as Ubisoft traditionally unveils exciting new content. This year, Ubisoft delighted the community by introducing Rauora, the latest attack operator hailing from New Zealand. Rauora brings a fresh dynamic to the game with her innovative gadget, the DOM launcher.

The DOM launcher is a unique bulletproof shield designed to be deployed exclusively in doorways. While it's resistant to bullets, it can be destroyed using explosives. The shield features a trigger mechanism that can be activated by shooting it; however, the time it takes to open varies depending on the team. For the attacking team, the shield opens in just one second, whereas defenders face a three-second delay. This difference can be a game-changer, especially in high-stakes scenarios where the defuser has been planted.

Rauora also introduces a new weapon to the Rainbow Six Siege arsenal: the Reaper MK2, a fully automatic pistol equipped with a red dot sight and an enlarged magazine. For her primary weapon, players can choose between the M249 LMG or the 417 marksman rifle, adding versatility to her loadout.
