Welcome to Pokémon GO Tour: Unova

Pokémon GO enthusiasts will have the chance to explore the Unova region at the Pokémon GO Tour: Unova event, happening from February 21-23, 2025. Inspired by the lore of Pokémon Black Version, Pokémon White Version, Pokémon Black Version 2, and Pokémon White Version 2, this event will take place at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles and Metropolitan Park in New Taipei.

The event venues are segmented into unique habitats—Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, and Autumn Masquerade—each showcasing a diverse array of Unova-native Pokémon. Trainers can look forward to encountering different shiny Deerling variants, which change based on the habitat and time of day.

Ticket-holding trainers in both cities will have the opportunity to participate in Masterwork Research to encounter Shiny Meloetta. They'll also have a chance to hatch Shiny variants of Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and other Pokémon. Field Research might reward you with a shiny Pikachu sporting unique headwear.

The event will feature Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom as Five-Star Raid bosses, with Druddigon appearing in Three-Star Raids, and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids, all with enhanced chances of shiny encounters.

Tickets are currently available at a discounted rate: $25 USD in Los Angeles and $630 NT in New Taipei. Enhance your event experience with ticket add-ons, offering bonuses like an additional 5,000 XP after completing a raid.

The event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST for Los Angeles and GMT+8 for Taiwan). Attendees can also enjoy exclusive merchandise and relaxation areas at various booths and team lounges.

For those who can't make it to the in-person event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global will be held on March 1-2, allowing all trainers worldwide to explore the Unova region at no cost.

Pokémon GO City Safari Launching This December 2024

Just around the corner on December 7-8, the Pokémon GO City Safari will kick off in Hong Kong and São Paulo, Brazil, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. Join Professor Willow and Eevee on a citywide adventure to unravel the mysteries of Pokémon.

At the start of the event, ticket-holding trainers will receive an Eevee wearing an explorer hat. Evolving this Eevee into forms like Sylveon or Jolteon requires 25 Eevee candy, and the evolved Pokémon will keep the hat. Participate in the Eevee Explorers Expedition to earn another Eevee with the explorer hat, bringing your total to two.

During the event, you can encounter special Pokémon in the wild, such as Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more. Some Pokémon, including Oricorio (Pom-Pom Style and Sensu Style), Swablu, and Skiddo, are exclusive to egg hatching. The event location will also determine the availability of unique Pokémon encounters.

To aid your exploration, maps will be provided, and participants will receive a Pikachu or Eevee visor to shield from the sun, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
