In a recent statement, the company acknowledged the difficulties and confirmed that reprints of popular sets are on the way, aiming to meet the high demand and improve product availability.

In their official statement on the Pokémon website, The Pokémon Company (TPC) expressed awareness of the purchasing difficulties fans are facing due to the high demand for certain TCG products. "We understand this inconvenience can be disappointing for fans, and we are actively working to print more of the impacted Pokémon TCG products as quickly as possible and at maximum capacity to acknowledge this," the statement read. They assured fans that reprints would be available at participating retailers soon.

Moreover, TPC announced plans to maximize production for future TCG expansions to ensure better availability at launch. They also committed to ongoing reprints of affected products to maintain stock levels, including at the Pokémon Center.

In response to scalping issues, The Pokémon Company indirectly addressed the problem by emphasizing their commitment to a smooth purchasing experience at the Pokémon Center. They currently use a virtual queue system during high-traffic periods to prioritize fans.
