The concept originated from an April Fools' Day stunt in 2024, where More Than Just Pals was introduced as a humorous, non-existent game. Now, it's set to become a reality, with a release planned for PC via Steam at a yet-to-be-specified date.

This dating sim takes players into the heart of Palagos Private Academy, where they enroll as a transfer student. The game offers a chance to befriend and potentially fall in love with a variety of student Pals, each with distinct personalities drawn from Palworld's existing roster of creatures.
