Medea is a 5-star rarity character who treads the Path of Destruction. In combat, she excels at delivering powerful Imaginary-type damage. Her unique mechanic allows her to sacrifice her own health to unleash devastating attacks on a chosen enemy and nearby targets. Moreover, Medea can enter a "Fury" state, which offers a strategic edge by preventing her from being defeated by a fatal blow. Instead, she exits the "Fury" state and regains her health, making her a resilient and tactical powerhouse on the battlefield.

With the Version 3.1 update, Medea will soon be available through her own dedicated character banner. Her introduction enriches the ever-growing universe of Honkai Star Rail, providing players with fresh tactical options and enhancing team-building strategies.
