KEMCO Launches Metro Quester: A New Mobile RPG with Hack & Slash Dungeon Exploration

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash has just hit the Android scene, and it's not your typical KEMCO title. This turn-based JRPG dives deep into the gritty, old-school dungeon crawler genre, offering a unique twist on the classic formula.

Seek the Truth of a Lost World

In Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, you and your crew are scavengers navigating the underground to gather resources before your weekly food quota runs dry. The key number to remember? 100. You need to secure 100 food units every seven in-game days to survive.

Your journey takes you into monster-infested ruins, from Otemachi to Ginza, searching for leftovers. But there's a catch: you can't level up until you return to a proper camp, provided you've survived and collected enough resources.

With 24 characters to choose from, each belonging to one of eight classes, you have full control over your combo skills, weapons, and strategies. Each ability consumes action points, and you're limited to five points at a time with only one use per ability each round. Strategic planning is crucial.

As you explore the dungeon, it unfolds before you. You might discover food buried in dirt, stumble upon monster nests, find keys to unlock new areas, or even come across a campground to set up your new base.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash Is Now Out on Android

The game's visuals are intentionally minimalistic, with a bleak and colorless environment that starkly contrasts with your vibrant team. For a closer look, check out the official trailer below.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash also features a NEW GAME+ mode for those who crave tougher challenges after completing the main content. The game is now available on Android for $14.99. Note that it does not support game controllers and is only offered in English and Japanese. Grab it from the Google Play Store.
