Clash Royale players finally get to experience the long-anticipated Inferno Dragon evolution. After nearly ten years with no evolutionary upgrades, this legendary firebreather receives a major power boost. Supercell marked the occasion by teaming up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a creative announcement.
A Fiery Negotiation Takes Place!
Nearly a decade after its debut, the Inferno Dragon becomes the star of a new Clash Royale trailer. Watch as Leikola steals the show playing the dragon's eccentric Hollywood agent, demanding stardom for his client.
The playful trailer shows the dragon abandoning its Clash Royale responsibilities to chase fame and fortune in Tinseltown.

The evolved Inferno Dragon dramatically changes combat dynamics. While the original version resets damage when switching targets, the evolution maintains its power buildup regardless of target changes.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites New Season
The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season brings back the popular 2v2 League while introducing the Inferno Dragon Evolution. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the ranks.
Starting from Arena 7, Milestone Events offer generous rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.
The first Crown Chase event awards a decorated Battle Banner plus an Epic Book of Cards. The second Crown Chase follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
Special game modes will highlight the new Evolution cards throughout June into July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering unique Battles Banners and Emotes.
Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allows four Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio (June 16-23) and 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30) follow, culminating in Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permitting eight Evolution Cards per deck.
