Guide: Finish Hush, My Darling Quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "Hush, My Darling" begins in the Kuttenberg Region, specifically in the village of Miskowitz, which lies to the west of Kuttenberg City. This quest will put your blacksmithing skills to the test as you help Martha, a resident of the village.

How to Finish Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Speak with Martha

Head to the southeast part of Miskowitz to find Martha in the house connected to the village forge. Upon speaking with her and asking if she needs help, she'll mention needing assistance with blacksmithing. Respond with, "I’m a blacksmith! I’d be glad to help," to officially start the "Hush, My Darling" quest.

If you haven't yet, you can also speak to the bailiff about Matthew from the Dry Devil's group. The bailiff is conveniently located next to Martha, making it easy to find her.

Craft Horseshoes

You might already have the necessary items for this quest. You'll need two Farmer's Horseshoes, which you could have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge. After crafting the horseshoes, return to Martha.

Find Victoria

Martha will inform you that the horseshoes are for Victoria, and you'll volunteer to deliver them. Victoria's home is located south of the forge. Upon entering her house, you'll discover blood instead of Victoria. Investigate the blood by interacting with it when prompted, then report back to Martha. She'll suggest checking Sigismund's camp for Victoria.

Sigismund’s Camp

Head south of Opatowitz to reach Sigismund's camp. While en route, you might encounter Matthew if you're also searching for him for the Dry Devil quest. At the camp, find the blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll mention that a soldier named Black took an interest in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, as he's currently ill.

Black requires a Digestive Potion to cure his food poisoning before he'll assist you. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a couple of hours for the medicine to take effect before he can answer your questions.

Black will reveal that he spoke with Victoria and believes she might have gone into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.

Engage Victoria in conversation about her situation. Your dialogue choices here won't impact future events, but if you've made Black promise to look after her, you can relay that message, offering her some hope.

Completing this conversation will finish the "Hush, My Darling" quest in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. You can then proceed with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
