Farlight 84 Unveils 'Hi, Buddy!' Expansion Featuring Pets

Farlight 84 is rolling out an exciting new expansion today called Hi, Buddy! that's brimming with fresh features to elevate your gaming experience. This update introduces a charming Buddy System, along with new events and a revamped map to keep things thrilling.

The star attraction of the Hi, Buddy! expansion is undoubtedly the new Buddy System. These adorable companions, known as Buddies, add a delightful twist to the battlefield, softening its intensity. But don't let their cuteness fool you; these Buddies are functional and assist you during gameplay.

There are two categories of Buddies to discover: Common Buddies and the more elusive Archon Buddies. Common Buddies, such as Buzzy, Morphdrake, Petal Peeper, Smokey, Snatchpaw, Squeaky, Sparky, and Zephy, are easier to capture and boast helpful abilities. Meanwhile, Archon Buddies, including Time Dominator and Storm Empress, are rarer and come equipped with powerful, game-changing abilities. Time Dominator can shift the Safe Zone towards itself, while Storm Empress can summon a devastating tornado to lift and damage enemies over time.

To acquire these Buddies, you'll need Buddy Orbs, which you can find scattered throughout the map. These versatile Orbs can also store up to six tactical items, making them a valuable asset in your gameplay arsenal.

The Sunder Realms map has received a significant update, featuring new terrains, structures, and landmarks. You'll navigate through revamped landscapes, utilize upgraded buildings for cover, and marvel at unique sights like giant duck statues and floating boulders.

Additionally, the new Tactical Core system allows you to earn Trait points as you level up, enhancing your hero's skills and unlocking new abilities. To fully maximize these abilities, keep an eye out for Trait Activation Cards scattered across the game.
