As you progress through the blacksmith’s questline during the Wedding Crashers section of *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, you'll be tasked with retrieving a cart. It's during this mission that Hired Hand Ventza meets his unfortunate end, and you can obtain the treasure map by looting his body.
